Website hosting

I provide personally managed hosting for mostly static business websites for $50 per month. This is a good fit for sites that present services, photos, hours, locations, and contact information.

What’s included

We’ll review your site and domain before starting. Unusual domain costs and any ongoing edit allowance are agreed in advance. Your domain and supplied content stay yours.

Need a new website?

A simple new website is quoted at $500, with $50/month hosting separate. We’ll agree on the scope and payment timing first. Some website builders require a rebuild to move elsewhere; I’ll explain that before you commit.

Billing and cancellation

There is no cancellation penalty. We’ll agree on the final service date and handoff if you leave. For late payments, I allow a two-month grace period and contact you before suspending your website.

Service details

The standard offer does not include online stores, customer accounts, complex applications, business email mailboxes, or sensitive-data collection. New features and larger changes are quoted separately.

Support availability, backup coverage, and recovery arrangements are agreed before we start. This is a personal service, without 24/7 support or a formal uptime SLA.
